崗位描述：
1. Check equipment running situation, workpiece, drawing, process card, purchase order and prepare related tools.
檢查并調(diào)整大型外圓磨床運行情況，核對工件與施工圖、工藝卡、訂單、流轉(zhuǎn)卡號等資料，配齊、配好工、夾、量具、砂輪、夾裝好工件
2. Execute safety technology operation rule.
執(zhí)行大型外圓磨床的安全技術操作規(guī)程
3. Follow process criterion and record the dimension of the workpiece's main part. Do machining after handle all the founded problem.
遵守工藝規(guī)范，按要求記錄好工件主要部位的尺寸、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立即采取措施
4. Follow the 'three checking' strictly.
嚴格執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品的 三檢制
5. Be through transfer process card, record actual time, clean workarea and maintenance the grinding machine.
做好工件流程卡的傳遞、實際工時的記錄，工作場地的清潔、大型外圓磨床的清潔保養(yǎng)，設備點檢、上下班的交接
任職需求：
1. Technical school degree or above, mechanical or related major, at least 1 year related working experience
技校/職?；蛞陨蠈W歷，機械相關專業(yè)，至少1年的相關工作經(jīng)驗
2. Familiar with the big grinding machine's structure, capability, running system and the instruction for machine. Know how to operate, adjust, check and maintenance the machine.
了解大型磨床的一般構(gòu)造、性能、傳動系統(tǒng)與機床說明書，及車床操作知識、維護方法，精度檢驗，調(diào)整方法
